"The food was delicious. This was our first time visiting this Restaurant. Although the food was delicious some of the Staff wasn't as friendly to the customers as I believe they should have been. I purchased a Turkey sandwich. My Turkey was placed in a container so i said i wanted a sandwich, the lady said they would give me some bread with the Turkey but i forgot to check for the bread. After going to my car i saw i didnt get the bread so my daughter walked with me to get my bread. As i explained to the cashier she didn't apologize but she appeared a little upset. Maybe she was tired but i know this is a new business and Customers Service can make your businss or hurt it. I rate the food A+"

"The food at Johnnie’s is straight-up soul food heaven. It took me right back to my grandma’s kitchen—seasoned just right, tender meats, and sides that hit the spot. That stew beef? So good you’ll want to smack ya momma! If you’re anywhere near Wilson, NC, do yourself a favor and stop by. You won’t regret it."
